with hops from Australia and New Zealand with a couple twists thrown in for fun.

What Aussie and NZ hops are you using? Nelson? Galaxy? Riwaka? Motueka? Etc etc.... I'm really interested to hear what you are using and how you are using them.
ReplyDeleteNelson Sauvin and Galaxy, also some Lemon Verbena and a touch of Star Anise to keep it interesting! The Galaxy were primarily at Whirlpool and the Nelson were some at whirlpool but a big dose at dry hop. Primary bittering was German Magnum.
